- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tbsp Mirin
- 4 ears of corn
- Cook corn in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Do not over cook.
- Mix soy sauce and Mirin in a small bowl.
- Put corn on grill. Cook about 4-5 minutes, brushing with sauce and turning often.
