Miso Soup with Broken Tofu and Nori

Make Dashi broth with Katsuobushi bonito flakes. Or you can use any Dashi according to our Dashi recipe.
Meanwhile, dry-roast sesame seeds in a frying pan until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
Break Tofu into large chunks by hand, and add to Dashi. Cook for a minute.
Dissolve Miso paste in the soup. Turn off the heat, and add Nori roasted seaweed, tearing into pieces. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
