Make Dashi broth according to Dashi recipe. Or you can use an instant Dashi.
Cut Chikuwa diagonally into 1/2 inch thick. Cut green onions thinly.
Cook Chikuwa and green onions in simmered dashi for 1 minute. Turn off the heat and dissolve miso paste in the soup. Add the dried wakame seaweed right before serving.
