Deep Fried Salmon

salmon fillets
salt and pepper

Panko bread crumbs
oil for deep frying
Tartar Sauce

boiled egg

pickles

Japanese mayonnaise
salt to taste
Instructions
Cut each salmon fillet into 2 to 4 pieces. Sprinkle salt and pepper
Coat the salmon with flour, dip in egg, then cover with bread crumbs.
Heat deep frying oil to 350 F (180 C), and deep fry the fish until the color turns golden brown for about 5 minutes, turning once or twice.
Mix all the ingredients for the tartar sauce and serve with the fried fish.
