Instructions
Cut daikon radish into matchsticks. Cut the fired tofu into bite size pieces.
Make Dashi broth according to Dashi recipe. Or you can use an instant Dashi.
Cook daikon and fried tofu in the Dashi, covered for 5 minutes or until the daikon is soft.
Dissolve Miso Paste in the soup and stir.
