Equipment

  • 1 Tamagoyaki pan

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Tuna (in water)
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  • Crack eggs into a bowl. Add a can of tuna, chopped green onions, and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Heat oil in the Tamagoyaki pan (or small frying pan) at medium heat. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the pan to make a thin layer. Roll from one side to the other using chop sticks or a spatula. (The first layer doesn't need to be neat.)
Pour some more egg mixture again with the roll of egg at the end. After the new layer has set, roll the log back onto the cooked thin egg and roll to the other end of the pan. Repeat until all of the egg mixture is used.
  • Transfer to a cutting board and let cool a bit. Cut into 1 inch slices.
