Make Dashi using an instant Dashi packet. Or make broth according to our Dashi recipe.
Cut bok choy into 1" (2.5 cm) width pieces. Cut pork into bite-size pieces.
Cook pork in a non-stick pot until browned. Add bok choy and cook for a minute. Add Dashi and cook for another couple of minutes. Dissolve Miso paste in the Dashi. Drizzle Ra-Yu in the soup.
