Tofu and Egg Donburi

Ingredients

tofu

eggs

Dashi

soy sauce

tbsp
mirin
1
tbsp
sake
1/2
tbsp
sugar
steamed rice
Instructions
Slice onion thinly. Cut tofu into 1 inch thick or small cubes.
Heat the Dashi in a skillet at medium heat and cook onion for a minute. Add all of the seasonings and tofu and cook for a few minutes.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl and pour over the tofu and onion. Cook the eggs until your linking and remove from the heat. Serve over steamed rice.
