Coffee Jelly with Ice Cream

- 1 tbsp gelatin about 10g
- 3 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups coffee 480ml
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
In a medium bowl, soak the gelatin in water for a couple of minutes. Add the sugar and hot coffee, and stir until the gelatin is melted.
Transfer to a baking dish or something similar and let cool. Refrigerate until set about 3 to 4 hours.
Spoon the jelly into a glass or a bowl and top with vanilla ice cream.
