Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 dried red chili
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz frozen Edamame in pods defrosted
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

  • Mince garlic and dried red chili.
  • Heat oil in a pan with garlic and chili. Add Edamame and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Season with salt and soy sauce. Serve immediately.
