- 1 Tbsp Kinako soy bean powder
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- ice for shaving
Kuromitsu Sauce
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Assembling Kakigori
Shave ice (according to the instructions of the Kakigori machine) into a bowl to make a small mound of shaved ice, pack, and pour syrup. Add more ice to make a tall mound of shaved ice, . Pour more syrup and sprinkle Kinako mixture through a mesh sieve over ice.
