short grain rice
(1 rice cooker cup = 180ml)

1/3-1/2
carrot

chicken broth
(approximate, adjust if necessary)

frozen shrimp
(peeled, deveined, tail-off)

Instructions
Wash rice and set aside in a strainer. Dice finely the onion and carrot.
Add the rice in a rice cooker bowl and pour the chicken broth to the 2 cup line on the inner side of the bowl. Add salt and pepper and mix.
Add the onion, carrot, and shrimp on top of the rice. Cook in the rice cooker (in white rice or mixed rice setting.)
When the rice is cooked, mix in butter and chopped parsley.
