Instructions
Thinly slice the brown onion. Cut the tofu into small cubes and the pork into strips.
Bring the Dashi to a boil, then add the brown onion and pork. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Dissolve the miso paste in the soup. Top with sliced green onion. Serve immediately.
