Carrot Ginger Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 medium carrot
- 1/8 brown onion
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1-2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Grate carrot and onion.
- Add rest of the ingredients and stir well.
