- 4 medium potatoes peeled
- 2 cups water
- 1 can tuna
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp Sake
Cut potatoes into 3-4 pieces.
Put potatoes and water in a pot and cook covered at medium heat for 10-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
Add tuna, sugar, soy sauce, and Sake. Stir and cook uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
Cover and let it cool for 30 minutes.
