Homemade Japanese fried rice with simple ingredients

- 1/4 brown onion
- 2 slices ham
- 4 shrimp
- 2 green onions
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 cups steamed rice
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 tsp salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
Chop brown onion coarsely. Cut ham and shrimp into small pieces. Chop green onions finely.
Heat wok with oil at high heat. Stir-fry onion, ham, and shrimp.
When half way cooked, add steamed rice and cook breaking apart. Pour beaten egg over rice and cook until the egg coagulates. Add green onions.
Add salt, pepper, and soy sauce and cook a minute longer.
