  • Cut each sheet of Nori in half.
  • Cut tuna sashimi into very small pieces. Slice green onion. Chop tuna and onion together well. In a bowl, mix tuna and onion, mayo, hot sauce, and Soy Sauce together.
  • Put some Sushi Rice on the seaweed, place a few bunches of Kaiware sprouts, and add 1/4 of tuna mixture. Roll it into a cone shape. Repeat to make more rolls.
