Kinpira Carrot Recipe

Ingredients

Instructions 

  • Peel carrot(s) and slice thinly. Then cut into thin match sticks.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, and cook carrot(s) for a few minutes until softened a little. Add Soy Sauce, Sake, and Mirin, and cook until the liquid is gone.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and mix.
