Honey Sesame Sauce

Instructions 

  • Remove moisture from chicken wings with paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, make honey sesame sauce. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix flour and potato starch, and coat the chicken wings. Remove excess flour.
  • Heat oil at medium high heat, and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, turning a couple of times.
  • Put fried chicken in the sauce and coat well. Serve immediately.
